During my stay at Best Western Hotel Botnia, I was impressed by the attentive and caring staff who provided excellent service. The homely atmosphere with individual painted pictures on the walls made my stay comfortable. The sauna facilities were my favorite, adding a touch of relaxation to my visit. The location by the river was a lovely surprise, offering beautiful views. I enjoyed the included dinner buffet and the cozy lounge with complimentary tea and coffee. I was greatly satisfied with my experience at the hotel and extend my gratitude to the staff for their hospitality.
